Hi Scott, great summary. Two quick things:
1. Unfortunately the Boardseat.com link seems to be dead…
2. Organizations like Vistage, C12, The Alternative Board, etc. are great alternatives to your own advisory board.

Hi there, Dawn. I think my advice would be the same for a non-profit. Non-profits need help in many of the same areas that a for-profit venture does. The only difference might be to try and find advisors that also have experience in the non-profit sector …
