		<description>Hi Ervin - not sure I understand your question.  If you are asking whether or not the organization that you described would be eligible to attend, it is hard to say.  We&#039;d need to research your organization in more detail (as we do all applicants).  Certainly, any organization that proposes to help entrepreneurs in some meaningful way, without taking advantage of them financially, would most certainly be considered in a positive light, though.

I hate the term Observer.  If for no other reason than the observer effect.  It&#039;s just so passive and implies standing idle.  Spectator would be better, it implies these folks can at least boo or cheer.  Participant?  Startup Enthusiast?
