    techbridge.gifTechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization that puts technology know-how in the hands of other nonprofits, is accepting applications for its Technology Innovation Award.

    The Technology Innovation Award, sponsored by Accenture and open to nonprofit organizations in Georgia, is given to a nonprofit organization that has demonstrated effective and innovative use of technology to advance its mission, reach community targets, expand strategic goals and improve client service.

    The 2006 winner will receive the following Award, valued at over $45,500:

    - $15,000 in TechBridge Services
    - $25,000 in Microsoft Software
    - $5,000 in Cash
    - One Year TechBridge Membership

    Two finalists will each receive the following Award, valued at over $16,500:

    - $5,000 in TechBridge Services
    - $10,000 in Microsoft Software
    - $1,000 in Cash
    - One Year TechBridge Membership

    The presenting sponsor, Accenture, is underwriting TechBridge consulting services. Microsoft software is being provided by Microsoft Corporation through TechBridge’s affiliation with the Microsoft-NPower Nonprofit National Network.
